Your photographs and your family's details belong to you.
What we keep
The photographs you send, the names and dates you give us, and your contact details. Nothing more.
How long we keep it
We hold your files for 90 days after delivery so you can download the film again. After that they are deleted. You may ask us to delete them sooner.
Who can see it
Only the person preparing your film. We never sell or share your photographs, and we do not use them in our examples unless you tell us in writing that we may.

Write to us and we will answer within two working days.
